Meal 1 = 4 leftover pieces of oven roasted chicken thighs, potatoes covered in kernal corn.

Meal 2 = 4 pieces of Kentucky Fried Chicken, large fries smothered in Gravy.

Tuesday, July 27th, 2010

Meal 1 = A cereal bar, a bowl of chopped cucumber and baby carrots, a bowl of Campbells Heart Noodles, and 2 leftover BBQ hamburgers with mustard

Meal 2 (a) = 4 pieces of skinless BBQ chicken, potatoes covered in kernel corn

Meal 2 (b) = bowl of salad greens with bacon ranch dressing

Monday, July 26th, 2010

Meal 1 = 2 BBQ chicken thighs, 1 BBQ chicken leg (thighs were eaten prior to photo taken)

Meal 2 = Bowl of leftover chicken pot pie, (half of which was already eaten prior to photo taken)

Meal 3 = Oriental salad with Greek dressing, 2 BBQ hamburgers, 1 half burger with no bun

Saturday, July 24th, 2010 (CHEAT DAY)

Meal 1 = 6 inch Subway sub on parmesan oregano bread.  Double Stacked Spicy italian, with double monterey jack cheese.

Meal 2 = Wedding Buffett - Pasta salad, mixed vegetables, watermelon, baked potatoes, stuffing, roast turkey, all covered in light turkey gravy

Meal 3 = Extra large Dominos Brooklyn style pizza with double regular pepperoni and double mushroom.

Friday, July 23rd, 2010

Meal 1 = Plate of leftover spaghetti and meat sauce, blanketed with heavy parmesan cheese.

Meal 2 = Grilled chicken salad from Dairy Queen

Snack 1 = Double Fudge cookie dough Blizzard from Dairy Queen

Meal 3 = 4 porkchops covered in mushroom gravy, side of hashbrowns
