RULES
1. Each month I change up the diet to include different foods.
2. I allow myself a cheat MEAL every week, and a cheat DAY every two weeks.
3. I maintain a very strict diet in which I eat every two hours regardless of what the day brings. My watch beeps when it's time to eat. If my watch beeps, I eat. Its that simple.
4. Each night I cook and prepare my meals for the next day. I put it in containers, and take it wherever I need to go.
5. I eat at a proper table, far away from a TV and it takes me no longer than 5 minutes to finish any meal. (This is to ensure I don't re-develop any need to watch TV and eat, or eat as a means for comfort. I look at that as an eating disorder).
6. I never compromise or miss a meal for anything.
There are several very different, unique choices that could encompass hundreds of recipes in these meal plans. It is by no means a terrible, bland boring diet. As a matter of fact, there are very tasty options there to choose from. The idea is to eat often, eat healthy, and to develop taste buds for foods that arent dunked in a deep fryer or cooked in a frying pan full of grease. It is a high protein, lower carb meal plan that offers a balance of all 3 essential macro-nutrients, and encompasses enough calories for me to maintain a great level of metabolism, but not enough for me to gain unhealthy weight. Keep in mind that I can use any seasoning I wish, I can use any condiment I wish in moderation, and I get that cheat meal every week!
