Incline bench press - 3 sets of 135 lbs,  155 lbs,  185 lbs - reps - 12, 10, 7

Decline bench press - 3 sets of 135 lbs,  185 lbs,  225 lbs - reps - 12, 11, 7

Pec Dec fly - 3 sets of 200 lbs - reps - 10, 10, 10

Bodyweight dips - 2 sets of BW - reps - 4, 3

Behind the neck dumbbell tricep raise - 3 sets of 40 lbs,  45 lbs,  50 lbs - reps - 12, 11, 10

Tricep cable press down - 3 sets of 130 lbs,  140 lbs,  150 lbs (entire stack) - reps - 12, 11, 10  (Supersetted with Behind the neck dumbbell tricep raise)
